Cloud Platform Administrator

Main Tasks and Deliverables:

- Administer TME Cloud System (AWS/Azure/Heroku/other IAAS and PAAS products)
- Support new environment setups in AWS/Azure and/or PAAS platforms.
- Interact with service providers (providers,offshore support team) to ensure a fast and quality problem resolution.
- Measure, monitor and act on SLA KPI's
- Support and advise on new cloud based application designs
- Support of associated tools usage (NewRelic, Cloud, Incapsula)
- Interact with Architecture teams to advise on further Cloud strategy direction.
- Interact with other onshore and offshore system engineering teams for OS, DB, secuity & network matters.
- Support application teams in their various Cloud projects.
- Track and manage risks, issues, budget and documentation to ensure IT commitment dates and project deliverables are met.

Experience Required:

- AWS Advanced Hands-on knowledge
- Azure Advanced Hands-on knowledge
- Poweshell/Bash Scripting
- Scrum/Agile frameworks
- Strong knowledge of windows server 2003/2008/2012
- Basic understanding of neworking concepts, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Firewall mechanics
- Good knowledge of automation tools

Skills Required:

- 5+ Years Experience managing a production environment
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and confident dealing with supplier and being customer facing.
- Able to be a self starter & work under limited supervision.
