Cloud Drive Support Engineer

Projektbeschreibung

As a CLOUD DRIVE SUPPORT ENGINEER, you will triage and resolve trouble tickets, perform deployments as necessary and serve as an ambassador to our customer service team to help deliver great online experiences.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks at once.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience providing technical support and managing trouble ticket queues
- Clear and effective communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system
- Knowledge of basic Internet technologies such as XML, JS, CSS, HTML etc.
- Knowledge of C++ and/or Java based technologies
- Software deployment support in staging and production environments
- System and support status reporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to understand, troubleshoot and describe complex technical processes and issues
- Experience in a software as a service production environment a plus
- Proven ability to understand large systems, drilling down to code level
- PERL or Shell Scripting, with a sound understanding of web technologies and database structures and/or detailed knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system and tools

This contract position is expected to be 9 months in duration.
