MY DUTIES:

-First and second level support of analytical platform for data scientists
-Design, develop and enforce operation processes (e.g. effective ticket handling)
-Resole tickets (e.g. syncing S3 buckets, errors in launching instances, etc.)
-Optimize costs and cost control
-SPOC towards end user
-Support in deployment of end solutions
-Introduction for new end users, teaching, etc.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound knowledge of AWS/cloud infrastructure components, e.g. Cloudformation, Lambda, ECS, EC2, Code Commit, S3
-Security know-how in corporate environment, e.g. Tunneling, VPC/VPN, Reverse Proxy (NGINX), PingID, etc.
-Experience with docker build, deploy and monitoring
-Experience with code build and deploy
-Know-how of Linux operations and management of AMIs
-Scripting (Python/Bash) know-how and exposure towards R & Spark/EMR
-Kowledge of Jira/Confluence
