Our client is delivering a content security solution that requires media streaming expertise. The solution also requires the construction of a cloud service to activate the PC client software. Currently we re seeking an Engineer to assist on the development and validation (functional and security) of the solution.

This Development Engineer will be made an integral part of the development and validation processes. Work deliverables will be driven by weekly agile processes. Client developers will be hands-on in the creation of a windows-client to decrypt, parse, and handle protected MPEG/H.264/AAC/AC3/PCM media streams. Cloud Developers will build and assist in the deployment of an activation service within the corporate infrastructure. Validation contract workers will work with validation to provide component and system level validation. Candidates are expected to work across functional domains.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Cloud service development
- Database development
- HSM, mTLS integration
- Use proper judgment and intuition to develop code, even if there are some gaps in the specification
- If an unknown is discovered, report and continue to develop around the gap
- If information is needed engage others as needed
- Demonstrate competence with WCF, SQL database programming, and interfacing with HSMs
- (Validation roles) Automated test development and execution
- Preferably someone with 5+ years experience
