CLOSER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Indianapolis, IN

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Draws instructions, balances closing, prepares documents for recording, issues checks and closing statements
- Manages the process for complex transactions, such as those involving multiple parties, as well as transactions where there are title escrow and legal issues requiring resolution
- Contact customers with questions and issues to resolve
- Working up HUDS, handling funds
- Responsible for bringing loan escrows and basic commercial escrows to a conclusion.
- Working up closing statements
- Preparing closing documents
- Handling funds - wires and checks
- Performing the closings at a closing table with realtors, lenders, builders
- Reading and interpreting a purchase agreement
- Reading an interpreting a lender's closing instructions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an escrow officer/closer
- Knowledge of title services and practices
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong detail orientation
