Clinical Trial Technical Support Technician Job

CLINICAL TRIAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Danbury, Connecticut.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Advanced MS Excel skills (macros)
- MS Access skills (database creation and modification)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for creating or updating complicated MS Excel sheets with macros, modifying existing MS Access databases, debugging problems, gather user requirements and create reports.
- Responsible for gathering user requirements and creating new MS Access databases.
- Responsible to provide requested data analysis from various data sources.
- Monitor Clinical Operations Support service mailbox for Clinical Trial Contract (CTC) portal requests.
- Provide CTC portal assistance both for internal users and external Study site staff users.
- Provide CTC portal training for the investigator site staff.
- Provide Support for MS Office product support
- Provide support ad-hoc request in the supporting areas.
- Resolve quality issues with clinical personnel by requesting corrections and if needed clarification in an expedited manner.
- Use electronic data storage systems such as designated network server, ShareRoom and other electronic systems as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Advanced MS Excel skills - knowledgeable in use of macros
- MS Access skills - database creation and modification
- Ability to gather and define user requirements
- Proven analytical skills
- Quality issue resolution skills
