Clinical Trial Supply Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in science, engineering or equivalent in addition to working experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years' of practical knowledge in chemical or pharmaceutical industry as well as 3+ years' in the field of expertise
- Strong background in the Drug Development process coupled with project management, organisation and planning skills
- Knowledge of GMP and HSE in addition to problem-solving, idea generation and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and to lead
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring compliance of processes with regulations as well as the company's internal procedures and GxP requirements
- Fulfilling all related tasks and responsibilities related to own discipline along with proactively communicating key issues and any critical topic in a timely manner
- Interpreting results, evaluating data, drawing conclusions and reporting back to team and management
- Giving guidance to team members as well as providing coaching and technical training as subject matter expert or recognized technical expert
- Monitoring and reporting KPI and performance measures to enable strategic objectives to be met
