IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support uninterrupted supply of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) to investigator sites through a global network of depots
-Act as the supply chain single point of Contact (SPOC) for clinical distribution related topics and communicate with all internal and external partners
-Set up the study within the global clinical distribution network and communicate it accordingly to all stakeholders
-Accountability for the operational handling of shipments originating from the central depots, including issue handling, preparation of shipping orders and obtaining the documents necessary to accompany the global transfer of IMPs
-All activities should be conducted according to GxP and within agreed timelines and budgets

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Educational background as a logistic or scientific expert
-Working experience in a logistics and/or pharmaceutical environment
-Experience in project management and with related tools as well as good understanding of the business environment and customer needs
-Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English
-Knowledge in SAP R/3 is a plus
