CLINICAL STUDY MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop project cross-functional, integrated study plan to study start up and validate and manage to the overall study plan provided by the CRO;
- Contribute to operational delivery aspects of the protocol and take a document reviewand act as the project manager of the clinical study team to liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure cross functional integration and delivery of items per the study plan.
- Responsible for management of CRO(s) performance to ensure adherence to scope of work within timelines and budget at a task level;
- Provide oversight of the CRO to ensure compliance with quality measures;
- Oversight of the transmittal of trial and site level documents to the Document Control Center (DCC) in support of the Trial master File (TMF).
- Support department in codifying existing knowledge and best practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A Bachelors' degree in the Sciences is preferred. Candidates with a Nursing diploma/Associate degree with substantial experience may be considered for this position.
- Oncology experience is a must
- 3 years relevant experience is required with a BS, 2 years with a MS/MPH, or 1 year with PharmD/PhD/MD.
- Experience considered relevant includes clinical or basic research in a Pharmaceutical company, a Medical device/Diagnostic company, Academic Research Organization (ARO) or Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- CRA experience is preferred.
- Time spent directly in a medical environment is also considered relevant.
- Develops ability to interact appropriately with higher levels of internal and external stakeholders (eg, CROs); focuses on developing and building strong relationships.
- Demonstrates ability to manage all points of the clinical project
- Investigates and determines solutions to difficult, problematic situations; escalates issues as necessary.
- Effectively manages and leads study teams; provides coaching as necessary
