Clinical Records Service (CRS) Programme Manager

Programme Manager (NHS Clinical Records Services) urgently sought, Southampton. This will be 3 days a week for 10 months.

MSP is essential with Prince 2 or ITIL foundation desirable. Must have demonstrable experience of managing a programme through the OGC Gateway Review process or similar assurance process. Also experience of building highly effective collaborative relationships with a wide range of senior professionals within and around the NHS during the design, management and implementation of business change.

This post-holder will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within the CRS programme and manage their interdependencies in support of achieving the Trust Transformation Strategy.

Working alongside the CRS Business Change Manager and managing supplier input the post holder will maintain a strategic overview of the set of projects and provide the framework and direction for implementing business initiatives or large-scale change including the delivery of robust business requirements the management, development and operation of programme controls and activities in all aspects of the programme delivery life cycle.

This role will manage a diverse range of senior stakeholders and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the deployment of resources.

Successfully deliver a portfolio of complex CRS projects on time, within budget and to the required quality levels and customer satisfaction.
