Clinical Project Assistant Job

CLINICAL PROJECT ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Facilitate communications on behalf of the Study Team to include correspondence, mass mailings, email communications, etc.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate onsite/offsite meetings, to include audio and video conferencing, materials and catering.
- Process invoices and payments for studies using standard corporate applications.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnership with Study Team members.
- Solve problems and make decisions within general parameters set by one's supervisor and existing standards.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion of sensitive/confidential information.
- Maintain standard Development tracking tools utilizing computer and software applications.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite, format and edit documents, and spreadsheets.
- Participates in and supports a variety of study projects.
- Serve as a resource for the Study Team and colleagues
- Provide backup coverage for Project AP team members.
- Strong Study Team focusMicrosoft Office required.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and software applications.
- Skilled in writing and interpersonal communications.
- Ability to establish contacts outside of ones work group and functional organization, develop partnerships with others to improve efficiency.
- Ability to handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task.
