CLINICAL PROGRAMMER, BASEL - PHARMA DEVELOPMENT
Are you a Clinical Programmer with profound understanding of Pharma Development principles and strong experience with Clinical Trials protocols, Case Report Forms (CRF) & non-CRF data and looking for your next project opportunity?

On behalf of our client, an international worldwide well-known pharmaceutical company with headquarter in Basel, we are looking for a Clinical Programmer with fluent English skills. It is a LONG TERM CONTRACTING POSITION starting ASAP until END OF OCTOBER 2017 with the option to convert to a permanent position at a later time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this challenging role, you will setup and maintenance of the clinical Study Databases with MediData RAVE in tight collaboration with the Study Data Manager. In addition you as key team member will be responsible for specification creation for the conversion of the study patient data to CDISC SDTM format. Furthermore the clinical programmer will make User Acceptance Testing of subsequent SAS conversion programs in the CDISC SDTM domains. At least, you will be in charge of the creation of TIBCO Spotfire Data Cleaning reports, mainly from reports templates according to the study team needs.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Understanding of PHARMA DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLES
- Experience working with CLINICAL TRIAL PROTOCOLS, CASE REPORT FORMS (CRF) and NON-CRF DATA
- Experience on the CLINICAL STUDY LIFE CYCLE from ECRF DESIGN, SETUP, CONDUCT TO CLOSE-OUT
- Ideally experienced on using MEDIDATA RAVE SYSTEM (eCRFs, Edit checks, Custom Functions)
- Hands-on experience on USING/CREATING/VERIFYING CDISC SDTM FORMATTED DATASETS
- SAS programming skills, Custom Function skills and/or Spotfire skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong team player with a driving attitude
- Innovative and proactive mindset
- Able to cope with time pressure and strong ability to manage multiple tasks
