Clinical Pharmacist Job

CLINICAL PHARMACIST needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Pharmacist Licensure in State of CA
- Pharmacist Experience in a Managed Care Setting

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the daily operation and decision making on pharmacy authorizations request and Grievance/Appeals
- Participate in the medical reviews and pharmacy coordination with case management
- Assist in the oversight of commercial daily operations of the Pharmacy and Formulary department

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy
- Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in State of CA (Active and in Good Standing)
- Two to three (2 - 3) years of Pharmacy experience in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have at least one (1) year of Commercial experience
- Pharmacy Benefit Management and Formulary Experience
- Must be knowledgeable in Medi-Cal, Commercial and Medicare rules and regulations
