Clinical Operations Manager

A Global Health Organisation are seeking to appoint a Clinical Operations Manager to be responsible for all Clinical Staff within the UK.

Main Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to):

+ Line management responsibilities of all UK Clinical Staff including, SCRAs, CRAs, and Project Assistants and Coordinators

+ Management and organisation of all project specific training

+ Responsible for the assignment of resources to all projects

+ Workload Monitoring

+ Responsible for the implementation of quality control and systems within the department

+ Manage follow-up and resolution of all audit and inspection results that require corrective actions

Skills/Experience:

+ Must be Educated to Degree Level

+ Minimum of 3 years experience within Clinical Research

+ Previous line management experience

+ SCRA/CRA background

+ Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications

+ Experience working within vaccines and infectious disease is desirable
