CLINICAL IVRS COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Collegeville, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assess suitability of client clinical studies for use of PAREXEL and development of specification with clinical and GDS project leaders.
- Provide an interface between the PAREXEL team, WWd & GDS by provision of information, guidance and training on PAREXEL and XPRESS.
- Works on more complex study designs, possibly those with an international or more complex design and coordinates with the US PAREXEL team's re-supply strategy.
- Sets up individual PAREXEL protocols and monitors the on-going protocols on a routine basis ensuring the studies proceed smoothly in terms of drug supply and caller interactions.
- Uses PAREXEL and XPRESS systems to ensure that all active sites participating in the study have sufficient supplies to meet patient needs balanced with ensuring that the supply wastage is minimized.
- Can coordinate or assist in troubleshooting system setup and maintenance issues.
- Train other team members and customers on study set-up and PAREXEL functionality.
- Provide leadership to a regional group and act as regional manager in the regional manager's absence.
- Provides daily workload prioritization to regional PAREXEL coordinators and Associate PAREXEL coordinators.
- Provides mentoring to new hires and the levels below.
- Initiate research for novel strategies to achieve project and departmental goals.
- Can lead liaison with PCIT for operational system issues and future PAREXEL enhancements.
- Can manage documentation of system set up and system changes.
- Can be responsible for data analysis and benchmarking.
- Involvement in other cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrates fundamental knowledge of GDS computer systems.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the functions of the clinical supplies department, and understanding of the relationships to other departments.
- Update and review as necessary the relevant SOP's and guidance notes when requested.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related scientific field or equivalent experience
- Must have related experience in IVR or clinical supplies
- Understanding of the development process and clinical supplies
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files in accordance with client policy, cGMPs, and SOPs
- Proven computing skills and experience with various software programs including Excel, Word, etc.
- Proven ability to work in a Matrix team
- Ability to work independently
- Should be detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Trains others in area of expertise and assist others inside and outside workgroup in area of expertise
- Experience in working with customer relations
- Must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
