Clinical Documentation Specialist Job

Yoh has a long-term contract opportunity for a CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST to join our client, on their Oncology team located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Clinical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the catalog of all documents with EDGE into current location.
- Map all documents to correct location EDGE.
- Move all documents to correct location EDGE and apply correct document metadata

Documents covered: clinical study reports and appendices, protocols, biostatistical outputs, analysis plans, CRFs, ICFs, stand-alone reports (eg, PK/PD reports), analytical reports and nonclinical study reports.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2+) years of pharmaceutical industry experience in equivalent role.
- Working knowledge of international regulatory and ICH GCP guidelines.
- Must have a background in documentation and/or strong administrative background working with regulatory or pharmaceutical documentation.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have expert technical knowledge in Documentum administrative functions.
