Clinical Database Programmer

For my client, an international pharmaceutical company inAachen, I am looking for a

CLINICAL DATABASE PROGRAMMER (m/w)

Your responsibilities:

* Programs clinical study databases in Oracle Clinical (OC)
* Performs user management including the following tasks: creating, changing and revoking of OC user accounts, managing the study specific data access
* Performs medical dictionary loading into the TMS environment of OC
* Supports the programming and validation of additional functionalities in OC (e.g. Oracle reports)
* Provides 2nd line support for OC related topics towards OC end users
* Supports the OC Application Manager in the conduct of the OC maintenance process (e.g. version upgrades, patch installations, other maintenance tasks needed to maintain the validated state)

Your profile:

* Higher education in sciences, informatics, medical information specialist or other equivalent scientific training
* Sound knowledge of database programming and database administration under the use of Oracle
* Preferably a few years experience in Clinical Data Management environment and experience in Oracle Clinical
* Fluent in English written and verbal communication
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Ability of both - to work under minimal supervision and independently determine and develop approaches to solutions as well as being a good team player
