Clinical Contracts Specialist Job

CLINICAL CONTRACTS SPECIALIST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Basking Ridge, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Perform all activities associated with the development and execution of contracts with clinical investigators, and other agreements as necessary (sponsor studies, investigator initiated studies, registry and vendor agreements) with supervision.
- Process vendor budgets and contracts.
- Prepare clinical study contracts.
- Track and monitor all changes to study scope affirming timely amendment finalization and implementation.
- Update tracking system with all contract/budget information.
- Prepare and provide appropriate documents necessary to maintain an electronic library of previously negotiated agreements.
- Responsible for implementing plans and decisions. (with supervision).
- Requires moderate supervision of overall duties.
- Actively participates in relationship management with internal and external customers.
- Contributes to best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a web based contract management system and repository of previously negotiated contracts.
- Comply with audit requests and compliance training as necessary.
