Clinical Contract Advisor Job

CLINICAL CONTRACT ADVISOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts.
- Conducts contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL, ability to use an industry-based PICAS tool to derive budgets, knowledge of clinical study contracting language and ability to negotiate language and budget with clinical study sites.
- He/she must be able to negotiate both language and budgetary components of an IISR study agreement with major institutional and academic sites.
- Must be able to identify business risks and communicate potential risks to the study team, as well as effectively communicate and suggest alternative avenues for team to explore in order to finalize agreements in an equitable manner.
- Additionally, language review of Confidentiality Agreements and patient informed consents will be required to be effective.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Paralegal certificate highly recommended.
- Two (2) years of Pharmaceutical experience in negotiating contracts is required
- The individual will have a knowledge in legal language pertaining to investigator initiated-sponsored study ("IISR") agreements and will be trained in the requirements of templated legal contractual language and "back-up" language.
