What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct medical record chart reviews for hospice patients
- Comprehensive audits of current and retrospective charts, communication with multidisciplinary team regarding results and provide recommendations
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Current California RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
- Previous experience in hospice a must
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, with ability to communicate effectively with all staff members
