CLIENT WORKSTREAM LEAD - SALESFORCE
For one of our leading tech clients we urgently require a Client Workstream Lead - Salesforce for a long contract in Switzerland.
Reporting to the business Project Manager or the Program Manager you will be responsible for :
Leads Client Workstream throughout the program duration: Client business processes and TOM definition; CMP configuration specs definition; training strategy definition and training content creation; overall Client change management; roll-out planning and execution (training, post-go-live support); Client workstream closure and hand-over.
Client Workstream governance, reporting, participation to SteerCos and representation of Client Workstream in program meetings as required
ACCOUNTABILITY:
Overall Client Wortkstream deliverables are on time, on budget and on quality
Seamless handover to and sign-off of Client Workstream from our clients Business
Excellence/Adoption Team at the end of the program
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Senior Salesforce roll-out consultant with relevant experience
Fluent in English, French (& German preferred)
CONTRACT: To Feb 2017
LOCATION: Switzerland
RATES: Excellent.
