Client Trainer (German Speaking)

CLIENT TRAINER (GERMAN SPEAKING) - BASED IN BROMLEY - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit a Client Trainer to join the Global Technology and Operations in the offices based in Bromley.

The GT&O division seeks a professional Client Trainer to join their team in Bromley. Ideally you will have some client facing training experience within a technical area, preferably gained within Financial Services. Due to our global client base this is a role with enormous potential for someone who is fluent in English and German, along with any other European language.

As a Client Trainer you will support the demonstration and training of corporate client treasury products, and interact with clients either in person or via Webex throughout the EMEA region.

Key skills for a Client Trainer:

*Training experience within a large corporate environment
*Any knowledge of financial products would be desirable (payroll, Internet banking, direct debits, payments and receivables)
*Fluent in German and English
*Excellent communication, time management and team work skills
*Ability to travel within the EU
*Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities of a Client Trainer:

*Provide training to the Bank's corporate clients together with accurate resolution and guidance on all product related questions
*Interact with and work alongside the sales, product, implementation and client services departments to provide the client with the increasing level of training required
*Provide demonstrations to prospective clients either in person or via Webex
