Client Services Officer

Client Services Officer- Watford - ASAP - 6 months contract - £10 per hour

I am currently recruiting for a Client Services Officer for a large charity in the Watford area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer service/call centre background to work for a great organisation that promotes internal growth, progression and development.

You will be working on a shared services desk and concentrating on IT. Which will consist of speaking to users from all areas of the organisation in relation to technical problems they are incurring. Your responsibility will to get as much information as possible and escalate to the IT support team. You will also be provided training on basic troubleshooting.

PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling a large amount of internal calls and will possess a strong track in providing excellent customer service.
