The client, a leading software vendor, are looking to recruit a junior to mid level application support analyst. Within this particular role you will be trained up on electronic futures trading whilst taking ownership of customer technical issues managing them through to resolution. Overall, your main responsibility will be to provide temporary and permanent software fixes, log file analysis, software upgrades and general system monitoring.

For this role, you need to have good experience with the following;

- Application Support
- Linux
- Windows
- Electronic derivatives trading/ major derivative exchanges
