Client Service Representative

Our client, a company developing cutting edge software solutions located on the North Shore, is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their busy team for an initial 8 week contract. The right candidate will be self-motivated and proactive with a passion to deliver exceptional service to the business and its clients. Due to current demands, interviews will commence immediately.

THE ROLE:

- First point of contact for customers and clients
- Responding to support queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively managing relationships with existing clients to identify potential business opportunities
- Working with the Client Services Team to achieve budgets and closing sales
- Supporting Sales team with campaigns
- Assisting in the product and service delivery to clients to meet SLAs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in a Customer/Client Service delivery role
- Exceptional communication, customer delivery and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an IT environment, IT products and/or services
- Experience maintaining database records.
- Strong relationship building skills, able to quickly and confidently build rapport.
- Excellent organisational and self-motivational skills.
- Experience maintaining database records.
