One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Client Service/Hotline Consultant (Finance).

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

General Skills:

Specialized in client service/hotline, basic knowledge of the application (member from help-desk started the team), answer the phone, soft skills.

Primary skill: Customer/1-Finance

Additional skill: Customer Interaction Handling.

In charge of the hotline, and the ticket (case) assignment to the level 2 team

Monitoring of certain alerts and creation of a ticket (case) or verbal alert to level 2 team

In charge of the resolution of the requests, setup, incidents under level 1 responsibility and feed back to end users.

Build with level 2 procedures on recurrent requests/incidents that can be handled by level 1.
