Brief Description

Insure that local management have carefully reviewed test and cutover plans, and have signed off on these plans. Assist London based test manager and project manager on coordinating activities necessary

Insure that target operating model requirements are clearly documented for BAU activity in the region post implementation

Support the model review process as required to insure effective participation of local participants in the process

Set up or support project governance processes that insure local and global activities are aligned, and risks and issues are clearly communicated. Take a role as required in addressing known risks and issues

Prepare status reports covering regional responsibilities, and communicate status through appropriate governance forums. Support global PMO function as required.

Ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate communication to all stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project.

Work with PMO lead and other program management leads to manage/develop Senior Management / Steering Committee communications, reporting and deliverables.
