Client Contracting Analyst

I am currently hiring for a Client Contracting Analyst for a leading Investment Manager based in the heart of the city of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Contracting Analyst to work in a growing and dynamic area, supporting the Sales team with Contractual Documentation queries. In-depth experience of drafting Contractual Documentation specifically IMA's (Investment Management Agreements) is therefore essential.

As a Client Contracting Analyst, you will have responsibility for drafting, negotiation and the coordination of the Contractual Documentation for your own portfolio. You will be working alongside the On Boarding team, dealing with new clients as well as managing client change.

The client is looking for an individual with knowledge and previous experience in the asset management industry, and applicable law and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and excellent analytical, communication as well as interpersonal skills.

This is a great 6 month contract within the Asset Management sector, for one of the key players of this market, and gain exceptional experience managing your own portfolio.
