Client Advocate Specialist- Sales
Equity Trust is excited to be recruiting for entry level sales professionals. As a Client Advocate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to impact prospective clients' financial lives by offering and educating them on various self directed retirement plans, service enhancements and educational products. Sales are made by making outbound calls to warm leads generated by the company. With time, a good Client Advocate Specialist can generate 80% or more of their sales from referrals. Client Advocate Specialists are compensated with a Base PLUS Commission- with NO DRAW!

Primary Job Responsibilities/Functions:

Open new accounts utilizing the leads generated by our marketing machine and follow our proprietary sales process
Cross sell to prospective clients both on inbound calls and outbound calls
Profile and collect prospect data to assess needs and make intelligent offerings.
Manage the sales process and your prospects
Address all objections, concerns, issues, and answer all questions for prospective clients of ETC.
Consistently provide accurate information to prospective clients.
Ensure an excellent client experience by properly setting expectations, educating prospective clients on the self-directed investment process.
Meet all individual sales and activity goals on a monthly basis.
Sell additional products and services to both existing and new clients of ETC.
Participate in sales training and other activities within the sales group.
Maintain high marks on call monitoring.

Essential Education/Training/Work Experience:

3 to 5 years of work experience in a client-driven environment, preferred
1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferred
High School Diploma required
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
PC skills including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes. Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new software applications
