We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Facilities team located in the Company's Blythe Valley Park office.
The Client Administrator provides the highest levels of customer care and service to all of the Company's tenants, internal employees, partners and directors.
SERVICE DELIVERY
- To provide a warm, courteous and prompt service for all tenants
- To anticipate tenant needs, ensuring that tenant expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
- To handle all face to face enquiries and incoming telephone calls promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service is always maintained.
- To work and communicate with other team members/management to deliver excellent customer service. Deal with tenant queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- To identify opportunities to enhance the service provided and to improve working practices.
- To ensure that all work areas are clean, tidy and safe. To follow the health, safety, fire & security procedures of the organisation
- To be flexible to cover other areas of the operation, and to perform any other reasonable task, as necessary
GENERAL TASKS
- To raise access badge requests for all new starters and maintain accurate records.
- To maintain the tenant meeting room booking system
- To raise hospitality requests on behalf of the tenants.
- To monitor kitchen and print room stock levels requesting supplies as required
- To assist with the preparation and completion of the monthly invoicing for the tenants.
- To assist with the management of credit control, to ensure maximum revenue is achieved
- To assist with the Sales and Marketing of the available tenant space
- To assist with the preparation of monthly reports both written and numerical
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Previous experience in a customer customer facing role
Previous experience working in a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
