My NHS client is currently recruiting for a Clerk of works. The trust is currently undergoing new build and refurb projects.
The candidate:
- You will have a recognised building qualification
- Experience of managing teams of clerk of works and contractors, as well as contractor negotiation skills.
- Structural engineering knowledge
- Experience working on refurb and new build projects
The Role:
- Facilitate clear and prompt communications, both internal and external
- Monitor the performance of contractors, consultants and suppliers
- Provide updates on any technical issues/concerns to the Project Team Leader
