CLERK needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Scottsdale, AZ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Familiar with Loan Documentation
- Experience with Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Use P8 to download copies of file documents
- Move documents from a library to a shared folder
- Prepare PO's
- Understand due diligence terminology and be familiar with loan documentation in order to Order Payoffs,
- Order Due Diligence (title work, surveys, environmental reports, UCCs, purchase contract, lease, franchise agreement, organizational documentation),
- Organize electronic files in a shared drive,
- Pull documents from third party vendors and upload to folder in shared drive and Properly label documents in electronic folders
- Use Excel to populate Doc Tracker - follow up with vendors for missing title policies, recorded documents
- Franchise and Lease Reviews - use Excel template to populate basic data including expiration date and lessee/franchisee names
- Order Tax Contracts
- Use USPS or other website to confirm addresses - complete asset control worksheet in order to request Asset IDs from Booking team
- Complete spreadsheet with names of parties to be searched for Reg Ws
- Upload/download misc documents to libraries, folders

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum three (3+) years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
