Clearing Project Manager - Rates

Interest Rate Derivatives/Clearing Project Manager required by leading Investment Bank, based in Stamford, to own the end to end delivery of Client Clearing space.

You will have recent and extensive Investment Banking experience within derivatives (ideally IRD's or FX) coupled with proven experience of delivery in a front to Back Office environment. The candidate will also have experience in a mix of Dodd-Frank, Clearing, Volcker Rules and Regulatory Reporting initiatives. You will also have experience of team leadership within small teams with a wider team via a Matrix model and deployment experience of scalable high performance applications in global deployment scenarios.

The role will involve the management of large-scale and crucial regulatory initiatives at the bank and work with the business, front to back across Trading, Sales, Risk, Middle Office, Finance and Operations, to develop/define tactical solutions.
