Under general supervision, monitor and manage the TPA adjusters who adjusts, investigates and settles, WC and Liability insurance claims of a moderate to severe nature. Examines claims and other records to determine insurance coverage, best practice compliance and appropriate resolution for the claims. Recommends proactive action and tracks adjuster's activity regarding resolution and/or settlement of claims in accordance with prescribed authority.

SKILLS:
Need WC adjusting experience. Med only and PIP adjusters do not qualify for this position, experience in handling lost time litigated Workers' Compensation and/or General Liability claims is a MUST.

- Typically requires a college degree and two to four years experience in claims adjusting. Experience considered in lieu of college degree.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
