IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Subject matter expert for claim management
-Ensure consistent application of all claim management processes and strategies
-Management of claims and claim-related issues at construction site
-Preparation of correspondence w.r.t. claim and/or time related issues
-Development of strategies for the enforcement/defence of claims
-Regular review and evaluation of claim potentials
-Collaboration with other disciplines, in particular Project Management, Engineering, Site Management, Subcontractor Management, Time Scheduling, Commercial
-Management of international contracts (also FIDIC, NEC, Orgalime etc.)
-Management of sub-contractors w.r.t. changes, variations, claims, time

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent Bachelor or Master
-Profound experience as Contract or Claim Manager in international turn-key projects
-Familiar with main types of engineering, construction and time claims
-Detailed knowledge of sub-contractor and consortium partner management procedures
-High level of Spanish and English language skills (business, contractual, negotiation)
-Able to work independently and as a team member in a well-structured and systematic way, self-motivated, assertive, capable to work under pressure
-Mobile and motivated to work as part of a multinational team on project site abroad
