Citrix Tester - Investment Bank

Citrix Tester required by global investment bank.

Duties will include the testing of performance, load, scalability/capacity, networks and infrastructure. You need to have Citrix testing experience covering the full life cycle including planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of tests using appropriate testing tools and techniques. You will be working across multiple, fast-paced projects within the company. Experience testing in Citrix VDI, Physical Client endpoints hybrid environment. An understanding of development in languages such as C, C++ or C# would be beneficial.

This role would require you to be responsible for:
Examine and evaluate performance criteria and standards compliance to ensure that new and amended systems, together with any interfaces, perform as specified. Plan and develop the test design during test specification development with focus on both the functional and nonfunctional requirements for testability against the technical acceptance criteria and quality metrics. Work with the Test Architect to define the test automation framework, methods and tools to uncover performance issues.
Be proficient in utilizing performance tools, analysing results, resolving performance related issues, including optimization and tuning. You need to have at least 4 years of Relevant experience in Performance Testing in a hybrid desktop environment
