Citrix Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CITRIX ENGINEER to join our client in Rockledge, FL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the IT management and senior members of the team.
- Project and task management with costs break down.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly service level reporting to IT management.
- Manage partnership and relationships with vendors, customer and other IT members as it relates to infrastructure (Application Level, DNS, Firewall, Mobile Devices, and Security).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Hands-on experience with hardware and software.
- Implementation experience in an enterprise environment.
- Must have one or more of the following: Citrix Certified Administrator, Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator, or Citrix Certified Integration Architect.
- Experience with XenApp v4.5 and/or higher.
- Citrix administrative and user support experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft server environments.
- Ability to properly document all levels of design and testing methodologies.
- XenApp v5.0, implementation experience in an enterprise, Citrix Administration, Citrix Support, Active Directory and GPO experience in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Servers in a VMware ESX environment, working knowledge of centralized application distribution, LDAP, and Linux.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:

- Education Requirements: Associates Degree.
- Must have at least one of the following: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (2000 or higher), Novell (CNE, NCE, CLE).
- Knowledge of Edgesight, Netscaler, Access Gateway, XENDesktop or VDI technologies are desired.
- Problem solving and Analytical/Reasoning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements, priorities, and environments.
- Able to demonstrate strong team working skills, yet take lead when needed.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills and troubleshooting skills.
