Cisco Contact Centre Enterprise Specialist

CAPITA SERVICE BIRMINGHAM ARE LOOKING FOR A CISCO CONTACT CENTRE ENTERPRISE SPECIALIST TO WORK IN BIRMINGHAM ON A CONTRACT BASIS.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Network Services have a vacancy for a Cisco Contact Centre Specialist to work in the design, management and implementation of Service Birmingham's Contact Centre services.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:- - Project-based implementation experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- High level understanding of Cisco platforms especially UCCE.
- Technical competency in MPLS architecture.
- Self-motivated all for aspects of responsibilities.
- Effective communicator and team worker.
- Diligent in the production and support of network and project documentation.
- Optional but desirable: qualifications, or continuing pursuit of, relevant vendor's certification programme (eg Cisco, Juniper).
- Experience of working in a highly effective support role within a complex network environment.
- Experience of designing and implementing Contact Centre solutions as part of a project.
- Knowledge of technical infrastructure and integration technologies.

Essential skills required:

- Requires proven related experience - based on essential functions, skills, knowledge and abilities outlined for this position.
- Understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (CUCCE) environment.
- Understanding of Cisco CUCM implementation in a CUCCE/CVP environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting problems and system monitoring/reporting of Cisco UCM/UCCE/CVP.
- Experience performing CISCO ICM script design and deployment.
- SAP CRM Integration with CUCCE would be an advantage.
- Understanding of Verint Witness platform for workforce and quality management would be an advantage.

Fundamental understanding of traditional routing and switching architecture, H323 and Cisco VXML gateways.
