Cisco Consultant - Scandinavian Speaker

Scandinavian speaking Cisco consultant sought for a part time assignment based in Copenhagen/Denmark. The assignment has a work load of 1-2 days per week on-site in Copenhagen and has an estimated duration of 3 months.

The consultant tasks are the following:
- The consultant should have experience with implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) client solutions and preferably also Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM). The client environment is based on Cisco Cisco UCCE 8.5 and CUCM 8.5. Vi implement speech, callback, callback from web, e-mail and chat channels. The Solution is beeing deleivered as a service from our Norwegian supplier.
- The Consultant should both be able to assist with the practical tasks in the project, but first and foremost act as a sparring partner for the on-site Project Manager in relation to the implementation, so they get a 2nd opinion on the vendor proposal.

We expect the right candidate to have the following skill set:
- Solid experience within Cisco products.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and/or Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM).
- Talk and understand one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian)
- Eligibility to work in Denmark.
