Cisco Consultant - CCNP - CCIE Voice (UC)
Requirements:
Experience in analysis, design and implementation of complex Cisco solutions
Sales and service minded and have experience of participation in major projects
At least 3 years of IT experience
Role:
To advise customers in the use of IT telephony:
Education CCNP - CCIE Voice (UC)
UC - telephony on the Cisco platform.
Daily operational tasks including script error messages from customers, changes to opening hours.
Major project tasks with the upgrade from 9x to 10.5
Development of solution concepts and strategies for our clients
Consulting and coaching on our customers' solution architecture
Farlon skills if possible.
The client has a number of large customers who must upgrade their Cisco platform from 9X to 10.5. There are therefore a number of project tasks with preparation for the upgrade, meetings with the client before implementation, upgrade and documentation. The work is partly done from home while meetings and execution will be on site at the customer. Resolve primarily project-related tasks including documentation, upgrades and replacement of equipment and advice.
