Role - CICS Administrator
Location - The Hague, Netherlands or Barcelona, Spain
Duration - 12 months
Rate - €400-500
Start Date - ASAP

CICS Administrator

Skills required:

-Install, upgrade and maintain the CICS and CTG software.
-Create and maintain CICS regions used by the applications including Assembler and Cobol programs.
-Administer the CICS regions according to application demands (eg new transactions, connections etc.) and support the merge process
-Create and maintain the CICS monitoring infrastructure (TMON, System Automation feeds, the 'CICS Monitor' etc)
-Provide statistics on usage to various parties (eg. developers, managers, Operational Security Department)
-Investigate and resolve problems in CICS and related areas
