Chief Financial Officer - Listing on AIM w/in 6 Months

Progressive Global Energy and Natural Resources is currently representing a successful organisation specialising in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry. In light of their strategy to list the company on the Alternative Investment Market in the next 6 months, they are looking to attract a strong financial specialist for the role of CFO

Due to the sector in which our clients operate, experience in Oil and Gas is highly desirable, however we are happy to discuss with professionals who may have not been exposed to this particular industry.

You will be responsible for the:

- Implementation/Design of financial corporate strategy that supports the Group's commercial and strategic objectives
- Supervision and development of the Group's finance department, which includes preparation of monthly management accounts and the presentation of such to the Board
- Preparation and control of Corporate Budgets and monitoring of cost effectiveness
- Supervision of statutory IFRS Audited Financial Statements and regulatory requirements
- Current and up to date understanding of Financial Controls/ Reporting Procedures

In terms of requirements, you will be required to have:

- previous experience as a NOMAD or in listing on the AIM
- fundraising experience
- be a chartered accountant
