THE ROLE

will fundamentally consist of building up client portfolios through cold and warm calling and networking. You will also oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, advertising, managing the interview process and acting as a mediator in negotiating a sale - the placement of your candidate!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

highly ambitious individuals, preferably with previous experience in sales or prospecting, who posses exceptional communication and selling skills. To be considered for this opportunity you must:

*Be of a graduate calibre or similar (ideally with a 3.0 GPA minimum)

*Be motivated and driven by target orientated work

*Be confident and competitive

*Be capable of working in a pressured environment
