I'm working on a senior developer role based in the Chester area (CH3) for someone who is looking for a role where they'll be able to lead the development cycle, play a crucial role in what technologies are used and had the opportunity to build a team from the ground up.
Key technical skills for this position are C# or VB.Net, WinForms, ideally some experience with CRM systems integration and SQL back end.
The most important quality any developer putting themselves forward for this role must have is the ability to articulate their ideas clearly and investigate problems and recommend several solutions.
