Chester Based Role - Web Developer - £35,000 - £40,000

This position requires a candidate with substantial technical knowledge that includes ASP.Net MVC with JavaSrcipt and CSS. The ideal candidate has knowledge of industry best practices and continues to keep up with new developments in the field of web development and design.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Agile development experience; preferably including one or more projects completed in a Scrum process
- Team and multi-discipline based project experience - the team will include Product Owners, Automation Engineers, Software Engineers, ScrumMaster, and Subject Matter Experts
- Expert JavaScript skills (experience with Backbone/Marionette and jQuery preferred)
- Good to Expert skills with CSS
- ASP.NET MVC (Razor)
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

Desired additional experience and skills:

- Familiar with ASP.NET
- Familiar with C#
- Good Professional competence with SQL (for Microsoft SQLServer)
- Good Professional competence with Test Driven Development and Mocking
- Expert in Object Oriented Design and Development
- Professional Experience applying design patterns
