CHEF DE RANG AT SOUTH LODGE

THE ROLE

In the role as Chef De Rang, you will support the Restaurant Manager in providing a five star standard guest experience. If you are meticulous in all that you do, are a great team player and are passionate about
delivering exceptional guest service, we would like to hear from you.

WHAT IS INVOLVED?

The Chef De Rang will be responsible
for…

· Running shifts

· Supervising staff

· Leading by example with regard to service standards as required for a 3 Rosette restaurant

· Assisting in the recruitment and training of the team

REQUIREMENTS

Our successful Chef De Rang will …

· A passion for all things food and beverage

· An ability to supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service

· Previous experience in a similar environment

· A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 5*, 2 Rosette establishment

· Be creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food

· Relish the pressure of a busy restaurant environment
