Chargeback Expert (f/m)

Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing.

For our client, a global Financial company, we are looking for a Chargeback Expert on a freelance basis (f/m)

Project Start: Immediate

Project duration: 6 Months +

Location: Frankfurt

Tasks:

- Responsible for the direction, management, and execution of dispute resolution strategies, policies, and practices, including resolving customer disputes through arbitration
- Executes policies, applications, and technical requirements of Exception Item processing
- Reviews and resolves arbitration and compliance cases
- Interacts with corporate and business units (e.g., Legal, AML, Customer Risk, etc.) to provide support to customers

Skills

- Experience reviewing compliance programs or policies and making adjustment recommendations
- Helped improve performance of a compliance program and controls by identifying opportunities though analysis of data or metrics
- Demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other compliance areas in support of cross-function/global program
- Experience in the financial industry is required

Languages

- Written and spoken English & German know-how is demanded
