CHARGEBACK EXPERT

For a well-known company we are actively looking for a CHARGEBACK CONSULTANT. We are looking for two persons with relevant and recent experience in Chargeback management specific within Meastro and MasterCard processes.

DURATION 3 months (possible extension depending on the projects)

LOCATION 1 person for Brussels Regio and 1 person for London region

RATE Dependable on experience

Our client is open to the possibility of partial remote or home working. Don't hesitate to ask us more about it.

TASKS AS CHARGEBACK CONSULTANT

- Chargeback expert to support different projects around the world: one person for the UK region and one person for Belgium localized clients
- Work as chargeback consultant
- Go onsite at clients when needed

PROFILE AS CHARGEBACK CONSULTANT:

- Experience in Mastercard and/or Maestro related chargeback (not visa or Amex)
- Experience in Chargeback management, Operation management, recovery processes, dispute resolution
- You worked with issuers before
- You speak very fluently English (other languages are an asset)
