Chargeback Analyst Job

CHARGEBACK ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Advanced knowledge of contracts, rebate, chargeback and membership systems
- Familiar with commercial contracting

What You'll Be Doing:
- Process chargebacks daily
- Research and resolve all deductions
- Process resubmission of chargebacks
- Assist in the analysis and resolution of disputed chargeback resubmissions and membership eligibility
- Responsible for maintaining an in depth knowledge and functional use of internal systems (Model N and SAP/R3) for processing chargebacks
- Maintain systems and logs to track status of chargebacks processing for review by managers.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Familiar with commercial contracting in order to communicate efficiently to achieve a timely resolution of all customer issues
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, specifically in chargeback processing and maintenance of membership for GPOs.
- Understanding of healthcare industry marketing and sales concepts and practices, including knowledge of formulary, market share, sales concept practices for wholesalers and distributors.
- Advanced knowledge of contracts, rebate, chargeback and membership systems such as Model N, CARS/IS or SAP/R3
