Chargeable Coordinator

Good Morning, Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Chargeable Co-coordinator in Balborough .

Responsibilities:
*Provide all quotations for chargeable work.
*Ensure all work is authorised by the customer for the correct amount.
*Ensure all information is recorded in order to invoice the customer fully.
*Streamline the chargeable process.
*Provide daily statistics &audits of logged incidents with an aim to improve capturing chargeable revenue.
*Key Account (CAP MIS-Purchase orders).
*Co-ordinate pre-authorisation & feedback to Client Management Team for monthly reviews.
*Handle invoice queries regarding chargeable incidents.
*Close liaison with the customer, Client Management Team and other internal teams.
*To update all incidents in order to provide good data for Problem Management.
